First spotted, I had the impression that this looks very much like the "Wifi Network Bar" or the "Speaker Volume Bar", which ever you name it. The building is designed in a Tall, Medium, bottom height in Sequence. Very unique residential HDB flat which you will seldom see it in Singapore. The architect design easily win a normal condo design in my opinion. Predict this will soon become a hotspot for photograhper in the neighbourhood.
