Police said Justin T. Rizzio, 30, was arrested and charged with third-degree robbery following an extensive investigation. Porter said at approximately 7:35 p.m. on March 30, Rizzio entered the convenience store, located at 109 E. Fulton St., with a grey hooded sweatshirt drawn and indicated he had a firearm on his waist. Porter said during the robbery he took cash, cigarettes and a beverage from the business. The Police estimated Rizzio left the business on Wednesday night with approximately $200 in cash and other items.
