On Sunday afternoon, officers from the Gloversville Police Department were sent to a Mill Street residence to investigate a report. On arrival, they were told that a kitten had been shot at close range with either a pellet or BB gun, severely injuring an eye. The kitten had been taken to a local animal hospital before the officers arrived, and the suspect had also left the area. Following an investigation and various interviews, Jordan T.
