They emigrated to Canada in 1862 and stayed in Quebec briefly, then moved to Ontario. Poole is a very small farming community, and most if not all of the children eventually moved to the U.S. The children are, L to R: Anna, Edward, Emma, Ida, and Albert Rusch.
