McDonald retires after 29 years of service to the Navy. Now in it’s 15th year, the United State Navy Band is has been proud to host and present the High School Concerto Competition. Encouraging young musicians is one of the Navy Band’s educational objectives and this annual program is an opportunity for talented high school age musicians to perform with the Band.
